I rented @ Autumn Glen and I have to say we enjoyed our time there! It's in the calmer side of North Bakersfield. The school bus stops for Elementary and Middle School are right by the Leasing Office. There's a play area on the grounds and Highland Knolls park is one street behind Autumn Glen. Perfect for families! We rented while Victoria was there. She was so helpful from the beginning. Within twenty-four hours we were approved for our apartment. The apartment was so clean! I loved the warmer tones and the vinyl flooring was perfect when you have little ones. Victoria seemed to know everyone by name, makes you feel kinda special! I had to call the leasing office a couple times for different reasons and no matter who I spoke to I always received resolution. That is a major plus for any tenant. The maintenance were on point when I myself froze my A/C unit (I like it cold lol kills the germs). It happened on a Sunday and still they arrived quickly & assisted us. Victoria would place a Wax warmer scent in the vacant apartments that was soo inviting. I had to ask her where I could buy that! Autumn Glen was definitely one of my favorite apartments!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!! HORRIBLE tenats, lazy workers in the office, rape you for every single dime they can. There is mold in my bathroom covered up with paint!!! I had to call the cops on my neighbors and have been requesting for 2 WEEKS to get info for us to end our lease or even move units but office refuses to email owners of property. In process of taking further actions since everyone wants to be lazy and not do their damn job!. Again dont rent from here!!!!!

What ever you do please don't stay here. I'm being charged $600 for carpet and i was only here 1 year. The tenant before me had big dogs and were the ones to destroy the carpet. When I moved in the carpet was semi clean with a few stains. I notified the previous Landlord and she had told me she wrote notes about all the damages I saw when moving in and she told me not to worry. I'm also being charged for blinds that they don't even replace brand new, they put used ones... some people there are super racist which is the reason why we moved out after our 1 year lease. The first week we moved in someone drew a NAZI sign in our laundy room. You can check out the cover up yourself on 4313 building. Tommorow I plan to go in person and try to resolve this issue. Thete is also mold on the walls covered up with paint. If things are not resolved I will definitely take further action. I will be updating what happens with my situation.
